Duck Island began in the details.

Before the final patterns, before the repeats, before the collection had a name, it lived here first in my sketchbook, in the ducks, the cottage, the garden textures, and the quiet details that stayed with me from that afternoon in London.

That is where my collections begin: slowly, by hand, and piece by piece, until a place or moment starts to take shape.

These sketches became Duck Island.

River of Trees was designed with walls in mind. The scale, the movement, the way the branches layer... something shifts when you see it in a room.

Inky Forest for spaces that aren’t afraid of depth. Warm Parchment for light and warmth. French Grey for quiet elegance.

This design started with a feeling.

I walk streets that no one else walks. I stop at details that no one else notices — old tiles, carved doorways, the geometry hidden in a crumbling wall.
That’s where Azure Terrace came from.

I came back to Sophisticated, a pattern from Couture de Mémoires, with fresh eyes and a clearer sense of what it needed.

The heart of the design is still the same, but revisiting it gave me space to refine the balance, soften the details, and bring more intention to the overall feel.

Shown here in two color directions, each with its own mood and the same sense of structure and elegance.
