About Sandra

I'm so glad you are here!

I’m Sandra Rey, a Colombian-born designer with a background in architecture and a lifelong love for drawing.

Before I ever designed wallpaper, I was studying how spaces feel. Architecture taught me to notice proportion, light, and the quiet structure that shapes a room. That foundation still guides the way I create today.

I’m drawn to details many people pass by. The curve of an arch. The rhythm of a garden. The layered softness of a flower. Those small observations often become the beginning of a collection.

My process is thoughtful and unhurried. I sketch first, refine carefully, and consider how a pattern will truly live inside a space, how it will interact with light, wood, fabric, and everyday life.

Creating feels deeply personal to me. I see creativity as a gift I’ve been entrusted with, and I approach my work with gratitude, discipline, and care.

When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me traveling, walking through museums, noticing architecture in old neighborhoods, or studying flowers a little too closely.
Thank you for being here. It truly means a lot.

Same repeat. Different scale.

Wallpaper carries presence.
Fabric requires movement and proportion.

When I design a pattern, I consider how it will live on the wall and in soft furnishings.
Stillness was built with that dual life in mind.

Available for wallpaper and textile licensing.
